Spearmint essential oil is known as the safer mint oil for kids. From the Mentha Spicata plant, it is invigorating and energizing. Try using our pure Spearmint essential oil in place of peppermint for a less over-powering scent. A great use would be in a steam tent or diffuser for sinus and respiratory issues.
