 Caution: Based on the most recent recommendations of the Tisserand Institute, Peppermint is best avoided in children under 3 years old. Diffusion and topical dilution of 0.5% are safe for children ages 3-6. Use maximum dilution of 5% for all other topical applications. Do not use on or near the face of children. Avoid if breastfeeding, may reduce milk supply.
